Transfer Station Operator

About the role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to work locally as a Transfer Station Operator to work a 5-day working week Saturday through to Wednesday 7.5 hours on Weekends and 5 hours on Weekdays, applicants will need to be located in/around Townsville.

Skills and experience

  • Experience not necessary must have a good attitude

  • Current White/Blue Construction card

  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, Physical & Drug & Alcohol screen 

  • Current RII Loader ticket – Highly regarded 

  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Be physically fit and capable to operate, maintain and clean transfer station including conveyor/compaction system, associated facilities and storage locations to a high standard. 

  • Must have a full HR or above Drivers Licence
